We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for select items, with delivery the next business day (only for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time).
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and location.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method you select and the delivery address. You will be able to review the total shipping cost before confirming your order. We may also offer promotional free shipping for certain products or during promotional periods, which will be indicated during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom Orders: If your order includes a custom or personalized product, processing may take longer. We will inform you of the expected delivery time for custom orders at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 2:00 PM local time)
While we aim to meet these estimated delivery times, please be aware that external factors, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday seasons, may affect delivery.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Hometopis is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is correct before finalizing your order.
6. Shipping Notifications and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving your shipping notification.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us for further information.
P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe there is a missing item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@hometopis.xyz or call 307-621-0431. Please provide your order number, along with any photos of the damage if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons), we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for undeliverable packages.
10. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the package at the delivery address. If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, additional charges for reshipping may apply.
